Your BMI is your Body Mass Index. This is a value which represents the ratio of height to weight. Alone this value does not tell a whole story because it does not differentiate between fat and muscle when it considers your weight, but it does give a general idea if you are under, over, or have normal weight.
Body Fat Calculator
Get a rough estimate of your body fat level. Measure your waist and other body points to determine your fat vs. lean percentage and track your true weight loss.
Ideal Body Weight
Lets you know what your ideal body weight is for your height age and gender. Again this is an estimate because it doesn't take into account where the weight is from (fat or muscle).
